Conceived and owned by Los Angeles hospitality veteran Richard DiSisto, whose previous concepts include Tipple & Brine, Tunnel Bar and Murph’s Service Station, Bar Harry is the result of more than two years of vision, design and development. His team includes Bar Director Johnathan Fite, formerly of Employees Only Los Angeles; Executive Chef David Lopez, whose experience includes Alba, American Beauty, Mastro’s Steakhouse Beverly Hills and Chi Spacca; and Operations Director Beverly Mejorada, who oversees the guest experience.

Inspired by Debbie Harry and New York’s Creative Spirit
At the heart of Bar Harry is the spirit of Debbie Harry, the iconic Blondie frontwoman, particularly her early years as an independent artist in downtown New York. Inspired by the era when music, art, fashion and nightlife collided, the concept celebrates the rebellious energy of legendary venues such as CBGB and Max’s Kansas City. Harry’s platinum-blonde style, fearless individuality and unmistakable confidence embody the creative freedom that defines the brand.
Creative Cocktails with Character
Fite brings a distinguished cocktail pedigree to the program, drawing on the celebrated tradition of Employees Only New York, which earned major industry recognition, including a No. 4 ranking on The World’s 50 Best Bars list.
Signature drinks include the Bunny 68, featuring vodka, champagne syrup and passion fruit foam; the Chelsea Hotel, combining gin, Aperol, rosé and Lillet; and the indulgent Cheesecake Sour, blending bourbon, strawberry cordial, lemon and graham cracker-inspired flavors. Other highlights include the herbaceous Bugs Bunny, the tropical Call Me, the modern classic The Bronx, and the Funtime Old Fashioned, finished with charred marshmallow and graham cracker.

The beverage menu also features spirits, wine, draft and canned beer, plus nonalcoholic Sour Fizz and Pomegranate Buck mocktails.
Chef-Driven American Comfort Food
Executive Chef David Lopez reimagines familiar American favorites with unexpected twists. Highlights include Harry’s Sliders, made with Margaret River Wagyu, Gruyère and garlic aioli; Blockbuster Chicken with the house special sauce; and Heritage Wings, served in multiple styles with ranch and pickled cucumber.

Other offerings include a crispy halibut sandwich, Chicken Parmesan, Steak Frites and Meatball Wedge, featuring Wagyu, veal and pork meatballs with burrata and red sauce. Shareable favorites such as Corn Ribs, Beef Tallow Fries and Potater Tots complete a menu that balances nostalgia, indulgence and creativity.
Two Worlds, One Unforgettable Experience
Designed entirely by DiSisto and longtime creative partner Murphy Michaels, Bar Harry channels the gritty glamour of classic New York nightlife through dim lighting, vintage princess phones, intimate booths, high-top tables and a striking Debbie Harry mural.
Beyond the main bar, Camp Funtime transforms a fictional summer camp into a fully realized destination. Inspired by a vintage camp T-shirt photographed on Debbie Harry in the late 1970s, the outdoor space features an Airstream bar, picnic tables, fire pits, vintage camp signage, hanging canoe and oars, and collectible 1970s rotary phones.

Its most unexpected centerpiece is a real boat cut in half and suspended beneath an upstairs balcony, transformed into a one-of-a-kind DJ booth. With music spanning the 1960s through the early 2000s, guests can dine, drink, sing and dance beneath the boat all night long.
Together, Bar Harry and Camp Funtime create a distinctive Los Angeles destination where cocktails, comfort food, music and playful design meet.
